Alle opskrifter i din kostplan er angivet med ingredienser, næringsindhold, kalorier samt vejledning til hvordan du tilbereder måltidet. Den personlige guide er et detaljeret dokument jeg skriver til dig med mine bedste anbefalinger til din kost med henblik på det resultat du gerne vil opnå. Derudover vil der være gode råd til implementering af kostplanen, samt være beskrevet hvilke principper du kan tage med så du kan beholde dine resultater på lang sigt

Den personlige guide er et detaljeret dokument jeg skriver til dig med mine bedste anbefalinger til din kost med henblik på det resultat du gerne vil opnå. Derudover vil der være gode råd til implementering af kostplanen, samt være beskrevet hvilke principper du kan tage med dig for evigt.

Hvilken kostplan er bedst til mig?Alle vil have gavn af både 3-dages og 7-dages kostplanen. 3 dages kostplanen er god til dig, hvis du bare har brug for lidt inspiration og ikke nødvendigvis har noget imod at spise de samme måltider regelmæssigt. Med denne plan får du 3x morgenmad, 3x frokost, 3x aftensmad + hvilke snacks der måtte være. 7 dages kostplanen er perfekt, hvis du har brug for mere variation eller inspiration til måltider du bør spise. Den kan også klart anbefales hvis du har et større vægttab eller muskelopbygning foran dig - det er nemlig en længere rejse og der er derfor meget større sandsynlighed for at du opnår dine resultater hvis du har flere dages måltider at vælge imellem. Med denne plan vil du få 7x morgenmad, 7x frokost, 7x aftensmad + hvilke snacks der måtte være. (enkelte måltider kan gå igen visse dage)

Laver du vegansk eller vegetarisk kostplan?Ja, helt sikkert. Jeg laver kostplanen efter dine ønsker og behov – kødspiser, vegansk, vegetar, pescetar, paleo osv. Jeg har speciale i vegansk kost og kører selv på 6. år som veganer.

Kan jeg stille spørgsmål efterfølgende?Ja, selvfølgelig. Hvis du har spørgsmål til kost og træning siger du bare til :-)

Kan du ændre min kostplan?Efter kostplanen er sendt laves der ingen ændringer. Du kan dog få opfølgning af din kostplan for 500kr. Her vil jeg skifte alle dine måltider ud – perfekt hvis du er kørt træt i dine måltider eller dit kalorie-behov har ændret sig
